Automatically populate web store data into QuickBooks
As orders are placed within your PDG Commerce enabled
storefront, all transactional data is sent directly to
QuickBooks via a fully automated real-time process. All
customer data, products ordered, shipping costs, sales
tax and method of payment is replicated in QuickBooks as
either an invoice, sales receipt or sales order (based
on the merchant's preference). Merchants may choose to
create QuickBooks customer records for each purchasing
customer, or may choose to have all web transactions
imported as a single customer record within QuickBooks.
Regardless of which method a merchant chooses, all
customer data collected during the checkout will still
be populated into the appropriate fields within
QuickBooks, allowing the merchant to print invoices,
shipping labels and more using QuickBooks' built-in
funtionality.
